In addition to founding StepWise Associates, she is the co-founder of Leadership Excellence and Development Strategies (L.E.A.D.S.) and one of the founding members and co-chair of Black Women of Influence (BWOI), a network of professional women with a mission to help each other win. She has been featured as one of the elite in Speaking of Success, a book on building leadership, along with best- selling authors Stephen Covey, Ken Blanchard and Jack Canfield.

Co-author of The Little Black Book of Success: Laws of Leadership for Black Women, and the Companion Workbook, Marsha travels throughout the country sharing her wisdom and leadership strategies with women and men of diverse backgrounds that are serious about business, life and success. She and her husband live in New York and Florida (yes they are “snowbirds”) and they enjoy traveling the world together.
